When I click on Amend 2018 nothing happens?

I amended my 2018 Federal 2 days ago, and in reviewing the hard copy, I found an error.  I tried to Amend 2018 again but the program is not allowing me to do so?

Did you actually mail the amended return with an error?

 

If not, you do not amend again, you simply edit and change what is wrong and print again.
