When I check the status if my state refund it says They gave it to the comptroller, but also says it should be received 10 days after that. I still haven’t received it.

Only your state Dept of Revenue would know what all they are doing with your refund.   If you think it's been too long, you can phone them to ask about it.   They should be relatively easy to reach.   Choose your state from the table in this FAQ:
