When clicking the "Explain my taxes" it says "Oof! We've hit a speed bump.
We are working on a fix, but it might take a bit. Check back later when we're ready to roll."

Try closing TurboTax, clearing your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.
