When clicking the "Explain my taxes" it says "Oof! We've hit a speed bump. We are working on a fix, but it might take a bit. Check back later when we're ready to roll."

Try closing TurboTax, clearing your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. 

 

You can try these steps to resolve:

  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
