When amending my 2017 return, do I send a copy of the printed amended tax forms (from Turbo Tax) to the IRS and the State of California?

I'm amending both Federal and State (CA). I just need to know if I send a copy of the amended forms to the State as well.

Yes, if you are amending both Federal and state tax returns, send a copy of your amended returns to the state as well.
