What to do if your 2015 W2 say Tax Blocked?

Got W-2 with the word Tax Blocked on it also a check at the end of the year with it on what do it mean? Can i file it or not?

Yes, you will still file your taxes and use that W-2 to prepare your tax return.  Tax Blocked normally means a person has filed exempt on the W-4. It can also be that you were over withheld and so the employer had payroll block the tax withholding to compensate. You can contact the payroll department and find out why they stopped withholding on her or to complete a new W-4.
