What to do if filed for state tax but didn’t need to

Why do you say you don't need to? Did you have income last year?

You can contact your State Department of Revenue to have more information.

Well I lived in Florida at the beginning of 2019 and moved to Texas by the end, I didn’t realize you dont have to file state taxes in Florida unless you own property there.  I registered for it and it said I don’t receive anything or owe anything but it mentioned that I need to mail the return to the state?  So as above do I just not mail it since it was $0
