What should I put for my driver license issued date?

If your drivers license doesn't have some of the information needed on it this portion of your return is not required in order for you to file. You can leave the whole page blank and click continue.

To bypass the ID verification page you have to leave the page blank. So if you have entered your state you need to go to that box and clear your state out.  You will then be able to bypass the page completely!! Hope this helps..took me a few hours to figure it out.

I also live in a state that does not include an issue date on the license. When I went back and attempted to clear my answers and submit without the information, it would not let me erase the information. So, I entered the date of issue as the date the former one expired.
