What should I do?,i submitted my federal return on February 24th electronically and when I check my refund it still says it's processing

My federal return is still processing after 3 months and j filed it electronically and have it set up for direct deposit. What should I do next?

Call IRS and find out what is holding it up. 

Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. local time.
