what is going on with site? in past i have found and been able to print prepayment forms in order to not get in trouble from state and or government ?

I need to get pre payment forms for 2024 tax year ?

What kind of prepayments? Estimated payments? Just pay directly online to the IRS and your state. No form necessary.

Here are the blank estimate forms and instructions for federal. You need to go to your state's website to get theirs.
