If your return has been accepted, the only one that would know anything about your refund is the IRS (& State).  You can also check your e-file status to make sure your return has been accepted.

The 21 days to receive a federal tax refund after it was received by the IRS is only a target, it is not a guarantee.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
