What if the prepaid card is not in my name can i still load my return onto it siince it is given to me

Then name on the account for direct deposit and the name on the tax refund must be the same for the direct deposit of the tax refund to be accepted by the bank receiving the refund.  If the names are not the same the bank will reject the deposit and then the IRS will mail a refund check to the address entered on the tax return.
