What if My provider is my mother and doesn't have a Scc

What if my child provider is my mother and she doesn't have a scc #?

If your child care provider does not have a taxpayer identification number (Social Security number), you cannot claim the child care credit. The IRS requires the provider's details (name, address, SSN) as the amount you claim has to be reported as taxable income by the provider.
