What if I got my state and I had an amendment I changed on my health insurance and it changed my state taxes to a lower money

My state had dropped since I had to do an amendment on my health insurance form1095a and I have received my state which is a higher than what it is now since I have done my health insurance Obama care for 6 months

If you received the refund from your original state return, and now you've prepared an amended state return and you owe some of that original refund back, then you should include that amount you owe when you mail your state the amended return.

If you don't have the money to send them, you can go ahead and file the amended return and let them bill you, though they may add penalty & interest to your bill if it's not paid by April 18.

In general, since amended returns change the original return, then they (usually) also change the bottom line.  Sometimes when you amend you'll get an additional refund; other times, you may owe more (as in your case).

But you will need to pay them the difference at some point.
