Just wait till the return is accepted, then go back to the File tab to print the return. When printing the return through the File menu, it will ask if you want it saved for your records or to file it: be sure to choose 'All official forms to file'.
If there is an additional form the IRS requires, there will be instructions on what needs to be mailed and the address it needs to go to.
