What form is used when you have an SBA creditor standby letter for 10 yr balloon payment?

please clarify, how does this relate to income taxes? 

I sold my business and I am trying to figure out what form to use to show that I won’t receive 250k for 10 yrs. The buyer went through the SBA and required 205k be on Full Standby for 10 yrs.
