What form do i need to request to file for this year tax? 4506-t but for line 6 what year? 1040? and line 9. can you help me?

The tax year being filed in calendar year 2023 is the 2022 tax return.

Tax year 2023 will not be completed until after 12/31/2023 to be filed in 2024.

Form 4506 is to request a copy of a return you already filed.  4506T is to get a transcript of one.  If you need to file a new return you use form 1040.  You can use Turbo Tax Online or the Desktop program to file the current year 2022.  You can buy the Desktop download program for the last 3 years (2019-2021).  

You can efile a 2022 return until Oct 16, 2023.  Or you can print and mail it.
