What does the ‘as of date’ mean on an irs transcript?

My as of date changed. Is that the ddd or the date it’s finished processing?

It is the date when they expect to complete your return.

It most likely means that the IRS has not processed your return yet.  You should check the IRS website Where's My Refund, that has the most up to date information.
