Sorry but Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to print out your return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. How to change from Mail to Efile https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5561257 Turbo Tax will always say Ready to Mail. They don't know if or when you actually mailed it. And the IRS doesn't tell Turbo Tax when they get a mailed return.

Did you efile?  Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?  You can check your efile status here     <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/</a>

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Were you in Paradise?  Are you ok now?  Have a place to live?  I'm in NorCal too.

No, Carr fire Redding,  wish i could actually talk to you on phone.  I have a different phone than i had & need my agi from 2017 & i did turbo last year  & don't know how to print off my phone or if i even can. So wondering if you can get my agi & I'll just pay to e-file.
