What do I do if my returns have been accepted, received state return but "where's my refund" on irs site says information does not match their records for federal?

If you got the state refund then you know the federal got your return.  You can't file state unless federal was first filed.  You just have to keep waiting or ask the IRS about it.  The IRS doesn't update Turbo Tax about your return or refund.  They are taking a long time this year.   Do not file it again.
