The first thing you need to do is to go back and check your bank account number and routing number you put on your worksheet. I did the samething and I accidentally put in 1 number wrong in my routing number and when I called them they told me that once the computer realizes that it's the wrong account it gets kicked back to the IRS and they will then send out a paper check in 4 to 6 weeks.
