What do I do if I still have not removed my 2020 tax return but the where is my refund show it was already sent out

Sent how? 

Was a check mailed? If so when was it mailed?

Was the refund sent as a direct deposit to your bank?  If so when was it deposited?

Did you request to have you fees paid out if your refund? That involves a third party bank who deducts the fees and then sends it to you.
