What card is my refund being issued on and where in the world is it? How come I haven't got it yet? So you want me to hire a lawyer?

Are you referring to your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card? The card is usually delivered 5-10 business days after ordering it. 

  • It seems as if the 5-10 business days might have passed already. If this is the case for assistance with your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call  toll-free at (888) 285-4169.  Press Option1 , then 2.
