What can I do to keep turbotax from taking the fees out of my account?

I had the turbo tax fees set to be taken out of my refund, but I have not received my refund yet because I had to verify my identity with the IRS and it's taking longer than I had expected it to and now turbo tax is wanting to take the money out of my account and I cant afford it

You should phone TurboTax Support ASAP and make other arrangements.     They start that debit process 2-3 days ahead of the debit date, and once started they can't stop it.

If you reach them in time, you can ask them for a deferment due to your hardship and work something out.

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.
