What can I do if the person who did my taxes is getting into my account without my consent?

She went to my turbo card account and reported lost/stolen card and got it shipped to her address

That is theft.  Contact the police and file a police report.

Can't turbo tax prevent it or something. Im not really the type ton involve the police unless absolutely necessary, but if turbo tax is not willing to help me prevent that then I guess I will be put in a position where I will be left with no choice.....thank you for your reply btw

Change your password.  Turn on 2 level authorization so you get a one time code e-mailed or texted to you to log in.    Another person can only get into your account if you allow them to do so by not protecting it.
