What can I do if i've received my check two days agobut I was waiting for it from 2 years ago (it's for my 2016 refund). Ps. the check is expired

Ahh every time I call to Irs.gov answers the answering machine with no option to talk with any respresentative.
Ps. I don't live in USA, I live in Peru.
Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Try faxing them a letter at the number shown here:

Or if you prefer, you can phone the International Taxpayer Service Call Center at the number listed in that same article.  That office is in Philadelphia, and it's usually easier to get a live agent there than the regular IRS number.   If you get an automated system, do not choose any option for "refund", or it may give you automated info.  Listen to the options carefully.

NOTE:  It is not a free call, so be mindful of phone charges if you are on hold.
