Were do i find how to access my downloads

I need to download my 2016 Turbotax DeLuxe, already paid for.

Please give me a call at [remove] or give me a phone number for a tecnician help.

Go to this website and sign onto your download account using the exact same userID you used to purchase the software - https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/commerce/account/secure/login.jsp?pagecontext=download

I purchased CD.  I want the download.  CD is defective.

Here's how you can contact Customer Support.

Use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.  Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.

Where it asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown menu to say "CD/download", then select the Edition.

Please checj MyAccount - it shows 2010 and previous years. I need to see 2017 and previous years

You may very well have more than one userID.  This is a common occurrence.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one).  Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery">https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery</a>

If none of the user ID's received will access your download account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"

If you still cannot access your downloads after using the account recovery website and the option on the website then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.

A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

I went to the website and it only showed my 2019 and earlier downloads. Yes, I was signed in. Hating TT yet again. My NY 2020 Return software seems to be f'd up and I want to download again. Is there an updated site?
