I'm not sure. It changed to your return has been accepted and it is being processed on Monday. Still no refund date. Has anyone been able to speak to a representative?
Yes but they just say the same thing that's on the website.
The reps are complete robotic morons there needs to be sometype of answer that they can give other than the website. Reps like they all go under review I'm like no mines has never said this stupid message but you know broke ass ny state gotta make everyone wait. We need to find out the update schedule for them though

I like many others have received this message. I got it last year but one thing different than this year is last year when calling the self help refund check phone number it didn’t come up, just said I needed to speak with someone. I ended up having to go to the irs and provide more info to just verify it was me. They said they sent a letter but I never received that letter but with a little determination I ended persuading them me to send me a new one and I set up a date to visit my local office. This year my return is atleast showing up in the self help refund phone number . I’d be patience and give it til the end of the month then check back. Hope this helps some.

I got the message this year and had it for about a week but today it went back to return has been accepted and it’s being processed
My message has not changed yet as of Earky February

After giving the state the info they requested my status has returned to processing .
Does the same for me but I called them and the lady told me that they're just waiting for the computer to approve a lot of the returns and that is the final stage before it gets sent out
I filed my taxes jan 30, 2018 its had been stuck in processing for over two weeks and before that it was may require further review....anyone else have a similar situation? Helppppo
YEP DO NOT EVEN BOTHER ASKING FOR A TAX ADVOCATE TO HELP THEY WONT HELP YOU UNTIL APRIL 17TH AND AFTER , I DONE IM GONNA TAKE OUT A LOAN NEVER USE TURBO TAX AGAIN TO GET A FAST REFUND !!!

Still stuck on procoessing....i get it takes time im just one of the lower working class with two babies so i just look forward to the money helping me out of struggle with rent.....but i suppose ill jist have to keep waiting...someone somewhere has it worse
Filed on march 12 , got my federal refund that following Monday both were accepted within 30 mins of filing , one week later went from processing to this message ...WTF it's getting worse and worse filing New York state returns for refunds ..sick of this
