We received a Lien Release Letter from Wells Fargo. We received no money from the sale. I received no tax forms, what do I do.

You should call the bank and ask if they intend to send you a 1099-A or 1099-C for debt forgiveness on the loan.  There are circumstances where the bank does not do this, based on the sale amount they received and whether you were personally responsible for the loan, bu tit's always best to make sure.
