Very confusing to find TurboTax support. The product gets worse every year. This year for starters you have to go to Forms to enter Real Estate taxes paid. Now, the Tax Summary page displays the Federal return as grayed out. The State return shows as normal. Can't wait to find out what else doesn't work right. Been using TurboTax for probably for over 40 years. Quicken seems to continually get better while TurboTax is never a finished product for the last couple of years. I'm sure you've seen these complaints from others as I have by simply doing a Google search. Regards, Rick
