We moved last fall and I cannot find the notebook with all of that information. How do I file without it?

Not sure what information you mean you cannot find.  But if you mean moving--moving costs are not deductible on a federal return except for certain active duty members of the military.  Some states allow you to enter some moving costs on the state return.

You file an extension (4868), which gives you three months (until October 15th) to find your notebook and finish your return.
