We live in Alabama and had to amend our 2015 state taxes, lady @ TurboTax amended return for $10, State of Al billed us for $22.26. We paid $22.26. How do we report our total refund if its going to show two different amounts: TurboTax's amount and Our amo

You would report the amount you actually received.  This happens quite a bit when other factors come up.
