We filed early this year and now with the new bill, it allows up to $10,200 of unemployment to not be taxed. How will this affect already filed taxes?

I would assume it would greatly enhance our refund, but will it require amending our current filing?

We don't know yet, because that bill has not yet been enacted into law (and is thus subject to change).
