Using Turbotax free edition I entered my date of birth incorrectly and it was rejected. Corrected date on amended form and printed to mail but the refund shows zero now.

Do I just send in the original 1040EZ form along with the 1040X form even tho this form shows a zero refund?

"Don't worry if your refund changes to $0. This is normal on amended returns."

Per this TurboTax FAQ on amending returns, it is normal for the refund to change to $0:
