Unsuccessfully and unable to copy my returns with the printer using my iPad. I went to FedEx and they could not do it as well. I need help

1. Open your tax return in TurboTax for iPad.
2. On the left side of the window, tap File and then Save for your Records.
3. Tap Preview or Print (If you haven't paid for your return, you will be asked to pay through iTunes.).
4. After the file opens, tap the arrow icon in the upper right corner and then tap Print.
    
5. Tap Select Printer.
6. Tap your AirPrint printer and Printer Options.
   
7. Tap Print when ready. Your tax return file will be sent to your printer.
