Unable to Track My Refund

I completed my refund with TurboTax saying that the IRS has accepted, a little over a week ago (2/11). I’ve been unable to use the IRS “Where’s My Refund” tool with it saying “Refund Status Error - Information Does Not Match” despite everything being entered correctly. 

I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue and if it’s something to worry about?

I have filed with turbotax for years now. This year needed an advance so I went to HR Block. Had the same error, called customer service at HR and the automated system said my taxes were rejected. Smh. Filed with TT immediately and return was accepted an hour later.
