TurboTax wants me to file an OK return - I DON'T file an Oklahoma state return for gambling! It's been filed with the Federal return! I Have another state of residence.

TurboTax won't let me file until I do the state return I don't need nor want. I've already done my state return! I've already declared the gambling win in my 1040 fed return.

If you don't have a filing requirement in Oklahoma and wish to delete the Oklahoma return, you can delete a state return in TurboTax Online, as long as you haven't paid for it yet (or registered in a free version).
