Follow these steps to delete the form and clear out the stuck information:

  1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
  2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools
  3. then select  Tools.
  4. In the pop-up window named Tool Center,
  5. choose Delete a form.
  6. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
  7. Log out of your return
  8. Try one or more of the following:
  9. Sign in using a different browser.
  10. Sign in using a different device.
  11. Log back into your return.

I couldn't find a specific form a "education or able distribution" I deleted the form for a "Education deduction " ( something similar) was that it?

How can I be sure I'm not providing incorrect information?

BTW: I'm using Duck Duck Go as a browser. They don't save cookies. But, I did "fire/burn up" the browser and logged back in.

Thanks

That sounds reasonable for both form and browser. You need to take a look at  all of your forms before you file - now is a good time to look. If you haven't paid, this will beat the price increase as well. To print or view  your forms:

  • In desktop, switch to Forms Mode.
  • For online:
    1. On the left side, select  Tax Tools
    2. Select Print center
    3. Select Print, save or preview this year's return
    4. If you have not paid, select pay now.

If you see something that should not be, you can correct it before filing. You may need to try a different browser or device.  Reply back with any issues 🙂
