Turbotax says my refund is completed but IRS keeps asking to verify file date

My TurboTax bar is completely full and my 21st-day post-acceptance was for 3/5. IRS2GO app was showing a message and allowing me to check the status, but today it no longer is allowing me to proceed and is giving me an error cant fine message. When I call the IRS and get the automated system it's telling me based on my info that its processing, but when I go onto the IRS refund checker on my computer, it's constantly having me verify my file date and then proceeds to tell me my date is incorrect or to confirm I received my file confirmation email

Sometimes heavy traffic on Where's My Refund or the IRS app can give an erroneous message. The date posted in TurboTax is an estimated date based on when most people receive their refund. Try again later or after the system updates (usually happens at night) for an updated message.
