TurboTax prepaid card

I'm very disappointed in turbo tax customer service. I have a question that can not be answered by the app OR automated system. How can I actually speak with a PERSON? This is ridiculous.

The only number for the TurboTax prepaid card is (888) 285-4169, unfortunately, that is automated.  There also maybe a number on the back of your card that is a different number that you can call.  Their website is https://www.turboprepaidcard.com/

Another idea is call the (888) 285-4169, then hit Zero a couple times to see if then you can get a live person.
