I got suckered into getting an advance on my federal refund. But I HAD to sign up & open account w/Credit Karma. Couple days ago they message me they are closing my Spend account & savings account. No explanation at all! I emailed & messaged and no response. I called and did chat and they "don't understand me" so I get nowhere. What do I do on changing the direct deposit? Please help! TurboTax should help me with this because they said I had to sign up with Credit Karma to get advace. I'm just sick this happened smh
....let it be noted, I got a advace already. I was accepted and got the debit card in the mail. It was about 15days later that I got emailed they were closing my money spend account and saving account. No explanation or anything. I met ALL eligibility requirements. So I don't understand! Credit Karma is ignoring me and not responding. I sure hope since TurboTax fixes this asap!
