TurboTax e-filed my Fed & State Tax 2020 & both accepted. I found error in the banks name on Sched B. but amount is right. Do I need to file amended return?

I wouldn't amend.  at worst you'll get a notice from the IRS then you can send it back noting it was just the wrong name.  the notice, if any, will probably arrive long before the amended tax return form is available.   you might not receive any notice.
