TURBOTAX DESKTOP DELUXE TAX YEAR 2022 WIN

I bought a Turbotax Deluxe 2022 WIN on 14 January 2023 by email, but have not get a chance to download it until last week. After clicked" View downloads", I filled in the Order Number and zip code and the shopping.turbotax.intuit.com found my order. But when clicked "Downloads" on the same page, I got a message that says "it looks like you don't have any downloads available.", so I clicked "enter your license code here", and the site directed me to "Let's get your download started". After entered the License Code, the site forced me to choose Mac even though the purchase is for Windows system. I have been in a limbo for a week for not being able to download the purchase. What shall I do now? Btw, today is the April Fool Day. Help!
