TurboTax Desktop 2023 is not filing my amended GA return.

For my 2023 amended tax return, TurboTax Desktop calculated the tax based on my amendment and requires me to file the federal return by mail (I can download and print the federal amended return documents — see steps 1 and 2 below).

The program says the next step (Step 3) is to e-file my amended return, and it also indicates that I owe tax to GA.

I see the second screenshot after that, but nothing happens after I click the Continue button.

I cannot file my amended GA return because of this issue and don't know what to do

Try clicking the 'Print Return' button at Step 2. This will open a PDF file that you can save to your computer (you don't have to actually print it).

Then see if you can click the 'Continue' button at Step 3.
