TurboTax Desktop 2022 claims I didn't efile, but email and IRS record say I did?

Hello,

I was trying to confirm my 2022 AGI for efiling by checking TurboTax Desktop 2022.

Upon opening my return, the software claims that I didn't e-file my tax return on E-file status tab?

Why is this happening? I clearly received two emails from Turbotax informing both returns (fed, state) had been accepted, and IRS website clearly shows my AGI number for 2022.

It is a known problem? how could I fix it?

I wouldn't worry about that.  You know it was filed.    Or maybe you have another file?

After a quick search, it appears there was a problem like this last year with a few threads about 2022 efile status not updating in desktop TT for some users.  Several of these users were using Mac.  I think TT investigated, and ultimately a subsequent software update fixed it (I think) at least for some of those users in the threads.
