Turbotax has a lengthy list of banks from which data can be imported, but it is not exhaustive. Some smaller regional banks do not appear on the list. If yours is one of them, simply click on the tab indicating that you will manually enter the data and you'll be able to complete the necessary info.

@ed124430 if you are unable to import the information you will need to manually add it. Click the tab that you will manually add then enter the information.

Please follow the steps below to revisit the Deductions and Credits section and to enter/edit real estate taxes:

  • Login to your account.
  • Select Pick up where you left off.
  • Select Federal from the left menu.
  • Go to Deductions and Credits.
  • Scroll down to Your Home, click show more.
  • Select Start/Revisit next to Property (Real Estate) Taxes
