This is normal near the last day of the filing season.  Give it another day or two for the IRS to come and pull your filing from TT's servers.

If the 2020 federal tax return was rejected for the 2019 AGI then enter 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 tax return again.

No one from TurboTax can fix a rejected tax return for you.  You are not charged for e-filing using the TurboTax online editions.

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

I entered 0 the first time and was rejected because of the 0

I was told by you’ll after I did the AGI to give it a few days. I spoke to a man who called from Turbo 2 days ago
