Turbo Tax says my return was supposed to be accepted 2/14, but it is still saying it's "pending" and the IRS check my refund hasn't received it. Is something wrong?

I haven't received an email that it was accepted...

Me too!  And no help from the on-line phone number.  It tells me what I already see on line.  I sent another return yesterday and it was accepted right away.  This one was put in the que on 1/14 and is still Pending. How do we get someone to check on this?

TurboTax does not send tax returns to the IRS or a state. Tax returns are pulled from the TurboTax servers by the IRS and States.

Your tax returns will remain Pending until the IRS starts pulling tax returns from the TurboTax servers. It may be several days after the IRS start date before your tax return gets accepted or rejected.

The IRS has to pull millions and millions of tax returns from servers throughout the country after the official IRS start date of 02/12/2021.

Thank you for your reply.  I do understand that, however, I filed a return yesterday and it was accepted within 10 minutes.  This return was a simple 1040 filed on 1/14 with an electronic postmark.  I know that they didnt start accepting returns until 2/12, but this one is still pending.  I have used Turbotax for probably 20 years and have never had an issue with a return in "Pending" status this long.  I have tried to contact turbotax, but all that happens is the electronic person on the phone tells me how to check the status online.  A real person does not seem to exist.  Very frustrating.
