If you did not E-file using TurboTax but was charged, please contact a phone representative, all billing inquiries must be handled by a phone representative.
Follow the below instructions on how to contact TurboTax by phone.
If you used a download, then I'm afraid that TurboTax cannot refund for e-filing, since the e-file charges are from the state and federal government.
