Turbo Tax Prepaid card

I went with the option of the advance refund and got the turbotax prepaid card. My NYS refund was direct depoisted today but is not showing up on my card someone please help. this never happened before using my regular account i have the funds on the day the website says. There is no real number to contact anyone about this. I read a few comments in this community and people are not getting their money.

That number you are unable to speak to a rep. Also my question was not answered. If the NYS Refund direct deposit disbursed today when should it post to me TurboTax visa prepaid card?

The refund date you see on the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance's Refund site  doesn't include the days the bank may take to process a direct deposit.  It could take anywhere from 24 hours to a few days.
