Turbo tax miscalculated my 2018 deductions by 10k giving me a refund. I just amended. What can I do?

In 2018 I got a decent, but reasonable refund. I live in Oregon, and that was the first year of the "transit tax," which was in box 14 of my W-2s. Turbo Tax has admitted to making mistakes during this time, and failed to fix the problem or help any other issues. With that being said, I filed. weeks later, Turbo tax sent a "critical notice" email saying I needed to amend my taxes. this was a year ago, and I have not yet gotten a letter from DOR or IRS, but I do have to pay back my entire 2018 refund, and then some. What can I do? they really dropped the ball on this.

You should amend your returns as soon as possible to avoid additional penalties and interest.  If you cannot make full payment, you will have to make installment agreement to pay back the tax.
